The Russian Bizon 9 x 18 submachinegun may use a Kalashnikov inspired fire control system and stock, but the conventional aspects end there. The cyclindrical object under the barrel is a 64 round helical magazine (think Calico). This compact PDW is often seen equipped with a suppressor.
