OK fine, Jonathon has a sweet Evolution45 on his H&K Tactical, but for those that don’t know that is a rare “Restroom Man” AAC Ball Cap!!(restroom man is on the other side of the cap . . . Jonathon, turn around man, turn around)
Jason, from TenPoundMonkey shot me over a simple chart that should help folks.
When it comes to mounting a silencer on a host firearm, crush washers and peel washers are “DEATH”. They can allow the silencer to , well, for lack of a better word, “Crush” the washer and misalign the pathway through the silencer in relation to the bore of the barrel and cause an end cap strike.
Another issue we see is failure to Rocksett the muzzle device to the barrel and failure to degrease the barrel and muzzle device prior to using the Rocksett.
Make sure you follow the instructions provided with the muzzle device and the silencer. Doing so will ensure years and years of faithful service from your Silencer.
